• Points are added when your order ships, not when it is placed.

Spending points

Points convert into store credit at checkout. The redemption slider shows you exactly what you have available and what each tier is worth.

Tiers

Regulars move up a tier as their lifetime points grow, and each tier adds a permanent earn rate bonus. Your tier is recalculated at the start of each month.

REVIEW: no loyalty plugin is installed yet. This page describes the programme you intend to run — decide on the earn rate, tier thresholds and point value, then install a rewards plugin and update the numbers here.

The small print

Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and expire after 12 months of account inactivity. We may adjust the programme with notice to account holders.
