The 30-day window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.

What can be returned

• Unworn garments in original packaging — yes.
• Items that arrived damaged or incorrect — yes, and we cover the return shipping.
• Worn, washed or altered items — no, for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Gift cards — no.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the address to send to.

Write the order number on or inside the parcel. Send returns to: 11148 Shipside Ln NW, Silverdale, WA 98383.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, tell us in your return email and we will hold the replacement where stock allows. If the replacement is more expensive, we will send a payment link for the difference.
