Processing time

Orders placed before 12:00 Pacific on a business day are usually picked and packed the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day.

Within the United States

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as the label is scanned.

International orders

We ship to a growing list of countries. International delivery usually takes 7–21 business days and may be held at customs.

Duties, taxes and import fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or reimburse them.

Tracking

Every parcel ships with tracking. If tracking has not updated for more than five business days, email us the order number and we will chase it with the carrier.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and photograph it before contacting us — carriers ask for this. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your building office first, then contact us within 14 days.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can sometimes correct an address before dispatch, but once a parcel is in the carrier network we cannot redirect it.
